Many modern psychological studies have yielded a conclusion humans have intuitively known for millennia:

Being out in nature, walking and talking with another person is, in fact, the oldest form of therapy. When doing so with a fully trained and licensed therapist, even more significant and durable results can be achieved.

Most people would rather "Walk & Talk" than sit on a couch under a therapist's analytic stare anyway!
Be Unlimited Counseling has pioneered this approach, right here in Central Florida. Due to overwhelming demand, most of our sessions are now outside. We also have sessions that include High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT or CrossFit) workouts and other "Behavioral Activation Therapy" such as Kayaking and Surf Fishing.

At Be Unlimited Counseling, your therapist has all the great education, training and licensure of any other therapist; but the session doesn't have to happen indoors. This is Florida after all! The weather is good for walking nearly every morning, so we make the most of it. Get some light exercise, enjoy nature, and engage in the full benefits of therapy... all at the same time!
Don't worry- we've done this before! If you need to cry in private, or use the bathroom, or can't walk for a full hour, or it pours the rain... we have you covered. You just make sure to bring some water and wear comfortable clothes & shoes!
